DIRECTORS

Monthly Board of Director's meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 PM in the Maryfest office at 1059G State Avenue. The meetings are open to the public.

Board of Directors are elected from the membership at-large for a two year commitment. On even numbered years (i.e. 2010) we elect 8 new board members. On odd numbered years (i.e. 2011) we elect seven new board members. Every year we elect new officers and their positions are included in the board member count.

Elections are held at the Annual General Membership Meeting on the third Tuesday in August. Members receive an absentee ballot the first week in August and can use this to cast their vote or they can vote in person at the Annual General Membership Meeting. Results are announced during the Annual General Membership Meeting.

New Board Members and Officers are installed at an annual function (i.e. barbeque or dinner event) held usually before the September monthly Board Meeting.
