Indemnity Agreement

I(we) have read the rules for my(our) entry in the Marysville Strawberry Festival Grand Parade and agree to follow said rules, I(we) understand that should said rules not be followed I(we) can and will be removed from the parade route and any entry fee will be forfeit.

I(we) agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any action against Maryfest, dba Marysville Strawberry Festival, the City of Marysville, Washington, the Marysville School #25, Maryfest sponsors, their employees, agents and volunteers of the aforementioned, from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in the Marysville Strawberry Festival Grand Parade.

All Applications must be complete and received by May 1, 2010. Any application received after this date may be refused entry or placed at the end of the parade at the Parade Committee’s discretion

Any Applicant withdrawing their entry on or after June 1, 2010 will not have their entry fee refunded
