PORT ORCHARD

We had a great time in Pt. Orchard.  Tom drove the float and truck this weekend and the crew was made up of Bobbi, Linda Haglund, DC, Rick, Ricky, Teresa, myself, Sara, and Tom's college roommate Andrew and his friend Cliff. We won the Mayor's Award. They served a very nice luncheon to all. We did have our usual picnic after putting float away. We were on the road again by 9:30 and got home at 11:30. Ricky escorted the float and was quite a hit with the young ladies along the route. For those of you that know Dave Campbell - he came and visited with us at the end of the parade. Carl Thompson also came and visited with us. Sara did what she does best and that was to give DC and Tom a hard time. She really had them running. Way to go Sara!
 
Remember, this coming Saturday is the parade in Sedro Woolley. We will be leaving from the caboose no later than 8am. This is a casual parade that starts at 11am. Dress code is black shorts, red polo shirts and black shoes. We should be home no later than 3pm. Hopefully earlier. Hope you all are able to attend.
